កម្មសិក្សាការីទាំង៤រូបនោះគឺ ក. តាន់ ឥន្ទដ្រាវីណា ក. ឆាយ និមល ក. រស់ វ៉ាន់ធីតា ល. សំលី វណ្ណៈ។ កម្មសិក្សាការី ទាំង៤ត្រូវបានដឹកនាំ ដោយសាស្រ្តាចារ្យ ប្រចាំ មន្ទីរពេទ្យអន្តរជាតិផៈយ៉ាថៃ២រូបគឺ លោកវេជ្ជ. ស៊ុមបាត់ លីឡាស៊ុផាស៊ី ឯកទេសជម្ងឺឆ្លង និងលោកវេជ្ជ. ធួនថូសាផន ស៊ុវ៉ាន់ជុតា ឯកទេសជម្ងឺបេះដូង។
កម្មវិធីនេះ ត្រូវបានធ្វើឡើង តាមរយៈអនុស្សរណៈ យោគយល់គ្នារវាង មន្ទីរពេទ្យសាកលវិទ្យាល័យ អន្តរជាតិសែនសុខ និងមន្ទីរអន្តរជាតិផៈយ៉ាថៃ២ ដែលចុះហត្ថ លេខារួមគ្នា ដោយគណៈគ្រប់គ្រង មន្ទីរពេទ្យទាំងពីរកាលពីឆ្នាំកន្លងទៅ។

នេះមិនមែនជាលើកទី១ ដែលសាកលវិទ្យាល័យ អន្តជាតិ បានបញ្ជូននិស្សិតចុះកម្ម សិក្សា នៅក្រៅប្រទេសនោះ។ មកទល់ឆ្នាំ២០១៤នេះ សាកលវិទ្យាល័យ បានបញ្ជូននិស្សិតគ្រប់ជំនាញ ទៅកាន់ប្រទេសជាច្រើនដូចជា៖ ថៃឡង់ដ៍ ម៉ាឡេស៊ី សិង្ហបុរី ចិន កូរ៉េ ជប៉ុន ជាដើម ។ល។ ក្នុងគោលបំណង ផ្លាស់ប្តូរបទពិសោធន៍ ដើម្បីពង្រឹងនូវសមត្ថភាពរបស់និស្សិត។ ហើយនៅដើមឆ្នាំ២០១៥ខាងមុខ សាកលវិទ្យាល័យនឹងបញ្ជូននិស្សិតចំនួន១០រូបបន្ថែមទៀត ទៅសិក្សារយៈពេល១ឆមាស នៅសាកលវិទ្យាល័យឥណ្ឌូណេស៊ីផ្នែកសំណង់ស៊ីវិល និងពត៌មានវិទ្យា ។
