I. Description
This course provides an opportunity for students to develop and strengthen their skills in the discipline of economics by drawing upon the latest research in the field. The course addresses the growing need for professional economists in both the private and public section by equipping students with in-depth knowledge in economics and the experience of undertaking independent research. The course can provide an effective articulation path into research studies.

This course provides the quantitative skills and expertise required to carry out regression analysis, forecasting and financial market analysis.
